There is nothing we like more than transforming an empty canvas into a magical wonderland. A vacant store was converted into a pop-up Santa’s Grotto with props, snow and the most exquisite lighting. Thousands of shoppers of all ages entered this zone over the festive season to visit Santa’s “real home.” Outside this magical store was a DIY gingerbread house activation. Pictures say it all!
